Karen joined my 12-week Mind & Body Reboot earlier this year, looking for a new way to support her body as she moved through menopause. She came in feeling frustrated, saying, “It’s just so hard to lose weight now.” Like so many women, she’d been trying to push her body the way she used to, but it wasn’t working anymore.

What happened next was powerful.

With the right mindset support and a gentler, more effective approach, Karen realised she didn’t need to fight her body, she needed to work with it. And once that clicked? The weight started to come off naturally. But more importantly, her whole mindset transformed. She started to feel more in control, more supported, and more connected to what her body really needed.

She absolutely crushed it.

Meet Amy

Amy started her journey with me in late 2024, joining the Fit by You Project in September, and she hit the ground running, losing 8 kilos in just eight weeks. But Amy didn’t stop there. She kept showing up, kept learning, and stepped in to the 12-week Mind & Body Reboot soon after, where she lost another 10 kilos.

But the real win?

Amy has learned to trust herself.

She’s simplified her approach to health, found her rhythm with food (especially with easy, realistic dinners), and continues to remind herself every day that she’s worth it. She’s strong, physically, emotionally, and mentally, and she’s given herself the space to figure out what works for her, one step at a time.

A big part of her success has also come from the women beside her. Amy shows up for herself, yes, but she also shows up for the community she trains with, and that energy is contagious. She is proof that when women feel safe, seen, and supported, they thrive.
